Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic sourcing and optimization projects for voice and data network services
- Participate in vendor management and supplier interactions to sustain cost savings and drive continuous improvement of supplier performance against financial/operational measures
- Develop and negotiate contracts that drive continuous improvement in cost, quality and service delivery
- Manage multiple procurement projects concurrently
- Maintain database of all network contracts to enable effective contract management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of network services contract/vendor management and /or strategic sourcing experience
- Proven success developing and negotiating large services contracts
