This is a Senior Global Program Management role that will have responsibility for strategically evaluating and executing major complex & commercial transition projects. The scope of projects range from acquisition integrations, factory re-positioning, and strategic sourcing initiatives and associated new product improvement initiatives, sourcing integration, supply base localizations and outsourcing of non-core components or processes to emerging regions.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and facilitate the planning, development and implementation of operational strategies during the transition of manufacturing sites, processes and products.
- Works as a leader and member of transition project teams responsible for process and product analyses, characterization methods, and hidden factory capture.
- Closely partner with Leadership, Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Distribution and Sourcing functional experts, drive cross
functional integration and ensure full alignment with the individual business strategies for each of our industries and product segments.
- Use six sigma and lean manufacturing principles to implement corrective and improvement actions during the transition process.
- Ensures adherence to the operations transition strategies, plans, and schedules.
- Ensure the operations process is completed on time, within budget with associated cost savings and zero customer impact.
- Continuously improve and document the operations transition process through implementation of six sigma tools, best practices, experiences, etc.
- Perform financial modeling for repositions/transition projects to assist in overall make/buy decisions.
- Track financial results related to cost and saving of transition projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in a technical or engineering related degree.
- Strong Operations background with experience in manufacturing /engineering required.
- Project Management experience required.
- Previous Transitions experience required.
- Black Belt desirable. (Candidates with green belt certification will be considered.)
- MBA qualification desirable.
- Professional Project Management qualifications (i.e.: PMI) is preferred.
- Demonstrates a Global Mindset.
