DUTIES: This position reports to the R&D Manager and will be responsible for working with a team of other R&D engineers (mechanical, software & electrical) to complete New Product Development projects on schedule and within budget. Will develop Software and Firmware utilizing Assembly and C language, will assist in the management of software development and any outside development; will work with sales on OEM orders and be a liaison with customers. Will provide specs and other pertinent data during all phases of design cycle and maintain thorough documetnation.

REQUIREMENTS:

		BS EE (Prefer MSEE)
		10 years of production level embedded software/firmware development using C (required)
		Experience writing software for field bus protocols such as Modbus or Hart.
		Able to analyze and modify existing code written by others.
		Excellent software documentation skills.
		Capable of PC based software development using C for manufacturing test equipment.
		Experience with digital and analog design including interface sensors and microcontrollers.
		Experience in schematic capture and printed circuit board layout.
		Strong mathematical background and understand regression and statistical analysis.
