Responsible for managing and coordinating the accounting function of the company, including reporting of all financial and tax-related statements, accounts receivable, credit & collections, computer operation, accounts payable, and payroll processing.

Analyzes and reconcile inventory on a yearly basis.

Year-end financial reporting, including financial statements, audits, and inventory. Work with auditing firm as needed.

Prepares quarterly and annual sales use tax returns for appropriate companies.

Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow. Issues written and oral instructions. Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures. Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.

Plans, directs and coordinates the work plan for computer system related projects to ensure that goals on objectives are accomplished within a prescribed time frame.

Supervises Accounting staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
