This position will lead and direct the division finance and accounting functions that includes 5 manufacturing facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops, implements, and evaluates accounting policies, planning and reporting procedures, and internal accounting controls (SOX) in accordance with GAAP and company guidelines.
- Directs monthly and quarterly close and has overall supervisory responsibility for cost accounting, general accounting, financial planning and analysis of operations, and corporate policies compliance.
- Establishes and monitors a cost accounting and finance, planning and analysis function which is highly proactive in identifying areas for cost reduction and improved efficiency.
- Directs the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements, and provides financial data on a business-wide basis to support timely and informed decision-making across the enterprise.
- Establish strong cost, capital expenditure and working capital controls.

REQUIRMENTS:
- 4 year Accounting/Finance or like degree in business and a minimum of 10 years financial experience.
- M.B.A. and CPA preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
